Low key, fast service, amazing food. We went for late lunch/early dinner and got chicken and brisket as our meats. They were both tender, moist and full of flavour. The mac and cheese was even better though. If you are looking for an adult version of mac and cheese, with thicker noodles, homemade sauce and just the slightest little bit of kick, this is the mac and cheese for you. Overall a great place to stop while in Moab, just make sure you go hungry because they will give you a lot of food on one plate!

I make an effort to try a new BBQ restaurant whenever I visit a new city, and Spitfire absolutely wins for the best brisket I've ever had. The ribs were very good as well. I'm a bit of a connoisseur of BBQ sauce and their in house original sauce is phenomenal. I enjoyed is so much that I bought a couple bottles of it to go. 10/10 highly recommend.

I came in Saturday night after running trails all day for Easter jeep safari and man they did not disappoint. They were PACKED. Despite that it was super fast to order and I had my food in less than 5 minutes. The brisket was amazing tender and full of flavor. The Mac and cheese was creamy with the right amount of spice. And the mashed potatoes were super smooth with a hint of garlic. Hands down one of the best food joints in town. Will definitely be on our must visit list every time we’re in town!

My experience at this place was excellent. The food was delicious. Was made fresh. 3 meat platters were very filling. The baked beans are yummy. The service was exceptional. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The afternoon rush wasn't even around. Was seated immediately with no wait. Go in hungry, come out full. Tri tip, pulled pork, pulled chicken, beef brisket. All these were delicious.

After a long day visiting the beautiful Arches National Park... Spitfire Grill was the perfect end to our visit in Moab. My son had the smoke house burger and beer batter fries. While my brother and took Suzie's recommendation to get a Bowl. We went with the Mac N Cheese Bowl with Chicken and Brisket. Wow! It was delicious! Susie was our server and she took great care of us

My husband and I decided to host a dinner here for our family and friends the night before our wedding ceremony in Canyonlands. Our wedding was towards the end of May so we decided to rent half of the patio. The weather was perfect and the atmosphere on the patio was great for our family to enjoy their time and socialize. I also noticed they had the most beautiful flowers out there. The food was also great! We had the brisket, wings, and ribs along with a few of their house made sides and everything was fresh and delicious! Akira was amazing! She helped me with booking the space, but was also there attending to our party which made it even more special! Great service all around. We were very happy with our experience.

Tried the 3 meat with 2 sides and choice of cornbread or hush puppy. Went with tri tip, brisket, and pulled pork with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Good to share with up to 3 people. Tri tip today was succulent, savory, smoked, tender, with peppery bite just on point. Delicious brisket falling apart bbq perfection. Should've tried a pull pork sandwich based on sample would've been epoch with house sauce. Great atmosphere was to busy during visit. Wonderful experience!

The food was so yummy!! My husband got the Texas style brisket sandwich with fries and I got the mac and cheese bowl (pulled pork, mac and cheese, jalapenos, and green onion) and they were both delicious meals! Our plates were clean. We also got an order of hush puppies with the cinnamon butter and those were so good too! They had some great sauces too - our favorite was the house BBQ sauce. The food came out quickly and the staff was really friendly! We also had some local brews which were cool to try. I got a BlackBerry sour and my husband got an apricot Hefeweizen and they were both smooth and tasty drinks. Would definitely eat here again and recommend to anyone in the area!
